WORKING EXPERIENCE AND OCCUPATION 

Felix Chin, aged 54 is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK (CIMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountants, US (CGMA), a Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Certified Internal Quality Auditor of Det Norske Veritas (DNV).

He has over 30 years of progressive experience in financial management, auditing, costing, project management and statutory compliance reporting. Consistently meet deadlines, resolve discrepancies and increase bottom-line. Highly skilled at maximizing productivity through detailed analysis and process improvement. Specialise in software ERP. SAP and statistical assessment in performance measurement.

He has held positions of CFO, Finance Director and Financial Controller in various business environment, both local and multinational corporations. He was an Executive Director of Ire-Tex Corporation Berhad prior to joining Malaysia Pacific Corp Bhd. He is a Global Assessor for CIMA and AICPA.

He has no family relationship with any other directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Public Listed Company. He has no conflict of interest with the PLC and has no conviction for any offences within the past 10 years other than traffic offences.
