The Liquidator of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad (In Liquidation) (“SDHB”) , Victor Saw Seng Kee of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Sdn Bhd, is calling for a meeting of contributories (“Contributories’ Meeting”) to provide a status update and to consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection under the Tenth Schedule of the Companies Act 2016.
