Announcement 03 – Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad (In Liquidation) (“SDHB”), Serba Dinamik Group Berhad (In Liquidation) (“SDGB”), Serba Dinamik Sdn. Bhd (In Liquidation) (“SDSB”) and Serba Dinamik International Ltd (In Liquidation) (“SDIL”) – Extension of Proof of Debt (“POD”) Exercise to 5.00 p.m. on 6 September 2023.
The Liquidator for SDHB,SDGB, SDSB and SDIL wishes to notify that an extension of time of two (2) weeks up till 5:00 p.m. on 6 September 2023 will be provided to creditors to lodge their Proof of Debt General Form as at 10 January 2023 together with document(s) to support creditors’ claim.
Please note that the lodgement of the POD General Form is intended solely for the purpose of voting at the Creditors’ Meeting. For avoidance of doubt, the Liquidator will not be adjudicating any POD General Form at this juncture.
