SHAH ALAM, 12 May 2022 – Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad is pleased to confirm that the company and its top executives have completed the full settlement of their compounds, which was imposed by the Securities Commission, on 9 May 2022, for the total amount of RM16 million. Payment was made prior to the extended deadline of 11 May 2022.
The company would also like to emphasize that operations are continuing as usual, with a focus on managing its creditors and the PN17 restructuring process.
