The Board of Directors of SDHB wishes to announce that the Liquidator for SDHB and SDGB,SDSB and SDIL (collectively referred to as the “SD Subsidiaries”, “Companies”, “Companies in Liquidation”), Victor Saw Seng Kee of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Sdn Bhd, is calling for a meeting of creditors (“Creditors’ Meeting”) to provide a status update and to consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection under the Tenth Schedule of the Companies Act 2016.
The Creditors’ Meeting of SDHB and the SD Subsidiaries are to be held as follows:
