3. Domestic urban regeneration or rewiring projects focused on multi-dwelling buildings with full project management including other associated building works.
4. A minor works department for alterations and additions.
5. The installation of display lighting or specialist decorative lighting both internal as well as external.
6. Commercial installations for schools, hospitals and factories for example.
7. Commercial refurbishment for such amenities as schools, hospitals and factories for example.
8. Periodic inspection and testing including visual-only or full inspections for both domestic as well as commercial installations.
9. The provision of Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) for all 230V and 110V equipment.
10. The installation of climate control air conditioning.
