Serba's business unit offers the following services:

1.    Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) 

Besides providing after-sales servicing and maintenance, other examples of our EPCC capabilities include civil work, planning, designing, engineering, equipment supply, procurement and delivery. Our efforts to provide our expertise are supported by our team of highly qualified and experienced professional civil, electrical and mechanical engineers specializing in their respective fields of project management, production, erection and commissioning.

    

Together with our global partners, Serba's EPCC services have an already established regional network of customers.

We are constantly expanding our range of services in line with the growing energy market within the local and international markets, and are committed to ensuring that we will work on providing quality service to our clients that meet international standards.

 

2.   Mechanical and Piping

Serba has a vibrant team of mechanical engineers and craftsmen who specialize in executing mechanical and piping projects. Such jobs consist of the installation of equipment (like towers, pumps and prefabricated units for instance), the installation and repair of storage tanks, the installation of structural steelwork such as pipe racks and platforms for example, and the fabrication and installation of industrial piping work.

We ensure that the necessary equipment such as cranes, welding machines, compressors and generators for example, are always available. Aside from that, Serba also employs specialized personnel to supervise heavy lifts and hire heavy-duty cranes able to lift loads of up to 1,200 tonnes from specialized companies for such purposes.

Serba also has a number of certified gridblasters and painters onboard our team to provide all sorts of coating work. That said, we always ensure that insulation, fireproofing and scaffolding jobs are always subcontracted to specialized companies.

Fabricated products are manufactured in accordance with the internationally accepted American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American National Standard Institute (ANSI) and American Petroleum Institute (API) standards. This quality of this service is further ensured by a series of inspection work and in-house testing before they are delivered or installed.

Instrumentation is extremely critical in ensuring stable, accurate and reliable control over the running of plant equipment. Our engineers can assist in maximizing the potential of just that by helping with:
