1.    Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC): 

SERBA have the capability to undertake medium size projects such as pipelines, compressor stations, pump facilities, on shore production facilities, on shore marine terminals and projects valued between USD 50 - 100 million.  However, we are able to take on bigger value projects in collaboration with our alliances.

    

Our EPCC capabilities include civil works, planning, design, engineering, equipment supply, procurement, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning including after sales service and maintenance of the complete project.  Our efforts in providing our expertise are backed by qualified and experienced professional Civil, Electrical & Mechanical  Engineers specializing in their respective fields of Project Management,  Production, Erection & Commissioning.

In association with our associate partners SERBA has established a regional network of customers for our EPCC projects services.  While we're expanding our range of services to take advantage of the growing energy sector within the local and international market, we will continue to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality in international standards.

 

2.    Mechanical and Piping

SERBA has a vibrant team of Mechanical Engineers and craftsmen who are specialists in executing Mechanical and Piping jobs which consist of the installation of equipments (towers, pumps, prefabricated units), installation and repair of storage tanks, installation of structural steelwork (pipe racks, platforms, steel buildings,  etc)  and the fabrication and installation of industrial piping work.

SERBA has the know how and the experienced personnel to work with all kind of materials: from carbon steel to stainless steel  and other exotic materials like incolloy, cupro nickel, etc.

The necessary equipment is always available: cranes, welding machines, compressors, generators, aligning equipment, post weld heat treatment equipment, large and small handtools, etc.

SERBA has specialized personnel to supervise heavy lifts.  For that purpose, heavy cranes (often up to 1,200 tonnes capacity) are hired from specialized companies.

SERBA also has a number of certified gritblasters and painters employed for any coating project. 

Insulation, fire-proofing and scaffolding work are always subcontracted to specialized companies.

In the Mechanical and Piping scope, steel fabrication services which cover pipe, structural steel and plate works are included.  Fabricated products are made in accordance with the internationally accepted ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), ANSI (American National Standard Institute) and API (American Petroleum Institute) standards.  These services are backed by a series of inspection works and in-house testing before delivery or installation.

Pipe fabrication services, carried out to clients' primary specifications, include cutting, welding, fitting, sandblasting, painting, cleaning and installation.

3.    Instrumentation
